Forrest Primary School is very fortunate to have installed a new climbing cube, which has proved to be extremely popular & adds to our outstanding pre-existing playground equipment. This project is part of a larger vision to continue to improve the buildings, grounds & facilities for our students.
This term the children in the EYC are focusing on the many cultural events that are happening around the world.
During Term 3 the curious minds of the students have been exploring our Inquiry Unit- Where We Are in Place and Time.
Students have been researching & celebrating the Tokyo Olympics. They have created information texts around an event & athlete of their choice, as well as the demographics & culture of Japan. Our studies concluded with the senior students planning & facilitating a whole school mini Olympics event.
